Ian Collinson started Oak Taverns in 1991 after working for many years at Whitbread, he is now retired and has left the company in the capable hands of his family.
SIMON COLLINSON MANAGING DIRECTOR
Simon has worked for Oak Taverns for 18 years following various roles at Charles Wells and Matthew Clark. He looks after the operation side of things, and is all things people.
DAVID COLLINSON COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
David previously worked in sales and marketing and has been working at Oak Taverns for 17 years. He looks after the financial side of the business and all things head office related.
EMMA STEVENSON MARKETING DIRECTOR
Emma worked in an Advertising agency and has been at Oak Taverns for 15 years, She looks after the marketing side of the business including refurbishments, and all things creative.
